Mechanical (HVAC) Director - To £110K Package Equity Autonomy Looking for more autonomy, equity and the opportunity of being instrumental in the future direction of an established London based consultancy? Due to planned growth and succession planning, this sustainability led, MEP (Building Services) Consultancy are looking for a Mechanical (HVAC) Director for their London office. Ideally you will be an experienced Mechanical Director who is already generating at least £250K in fees and have an established network of contacts with developers, architects, end user clients and project managers. However, they are also happy to consider an Associate Director who is ready to progress their career and step up into your first dedicated, Director level role. Supported and backed by their two founding Partners; you'll have full autonomy to develop the Mechanical team and the London office. This will include developing the Associate, Principal and Senior level engineers and further developing existing relationships with signature architects.
